FRC History


General Rules:

-- Crush those who oppose us through active RvR and PvP.

-- Treat members in clan with dignity and respect. If you are having issues with a member, please contact a clan leader. We give each other a hard time and joke around, but there are lines not to cross.

-- Be on time to meetings and raids. Let leadership know ahead of time if you will be unable to attend.

-- Help members out. If you are an expert, share your knowledge. If you are a learner, do not be afraid to ask for aid.

-- Be focused but relaxed. We know we are all different types of gamers, but we also want to play and achieve.


Remaining Active:

-- Members must log on to the website at least once every 7 days and be active and knowledgeable in forum responses and conversation.

-- Members must be active in-game.

-- There will be level cuts, so make sure you are leveling.

-- All members must be on the ventrillo server when playing in groups and for meetings, even if it is just to listen.


Ranks:


Guild Leader - His word is god. 'Nuff said.
Guild Officer - Instrument of the Leader.
Recruit Officer - Self explanatory, finds new members.
Elder Member - Trusted Member and Friend.
Member - Bulk of the FRC, they ARE the FRC.
Recruit - Peon still going through his trial period.


Promotion Policy:

-- All new recruits go through a 2 week trial period, they remain cannon fodder for those two weeks, Recruit rank.

-- Promotion to Member are given after the trial period based on acceptance into the clan proper. Acceptance in the clan is earned by the FRC making sure you are not a bottom feeder who just joined the clan to join a clan. Overall feeling of members dictates this.

--Elder Member is a rank bestowed on members that have shown loyalty and dedication to the clan. They are the elite of the membership and are well trusted and liked.

-- Recruit Officer promotions are handed out based on need for recruitment officers at the time of promotion, loyalty to the clan, knowledge, activity, popularity, etc. They are are chosen by Guild Officer(s) and Guild Leader(s).

-- Promotions to Guild Officer are rare. To be promoted to Guild Officer takes a long term commitment, multiple month membership in the clan minimum. Among other requirements.

-- Guild Leader. Promotions to Guild Leader are a gift from god to be cherished forever. A person that has to asks to be Leader will never be given it, ever.


Tax Policy:

--5% Flat Rate Tax

--Ability to increase your tax on your own to increase the amount you contribute to the clan. Anywhere from 5% to 100% of your gathered funds.

-- You are taxed every time you earn money within the game. Eveyrthing from monster drops to auction sales.

--Taxes gathered go toward Keep Maintenance and is our current focus.
6 gold per hour for tier 2
8 gold per hour for tier 3
10 gold per hour for tier 4
